WashMedic was founded in 2016 by Tom Garfield, who spent twelve years as a factory-certified service engineer before concluding that the independent repair market was letting customers down systematically. Tom started WashMedic with two vans and one policy: give an honest assessment, quote a fair fixed price, fix it properly and back it up for twelve months. The policy has not changed.
