Yes, when you book before 12 noon on a weekday. Your engineer is confirmed within 30 minutes with a one-hour arrival window. Saturday same-day slots are available at standard rates.
If a part is not on the van we order it for next-day delivery and return at no extra call-out charge. This affects fewer than 6% of jobs. Your engineer will tell you upfront if this is likely.
Every component we install is covered for 12 months from the repair date. If the same fault returns within that period, we come back and fix it at no charge to you.
For machines under 8 years old, repair almost always makes financial sense. Our engineers give an honest assessment. If repair exceeds 60% of replacement value, we tell you directly — even if that means losing the job.
Yes, both configurations. We also repair washer-dryer combos. The booking form asks for your machine type so engineers bring the right parts.
All major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and cash. Payment is collected after the repair is finished and you are fully satisfied with the result.
